These building modules are kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and/or service rooms for multi-family dwelling units.

Structural:                  Conventional wood frame construction

QAI certification covers the factory built construction of the Noyo modules that form the "Mechanical Core" of a building such as kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and/or service rooms.

The certification covers the construction of the modules and any factory installed electrical and plumbing service, and is intended to obviate the necessity of further inspections by the local regulatory authorities except for site connections to services or to other modules.

The professional Engineers licensed in the province where the units are intended to be installed are responsible for the design of each Noyo module and Noyo project as a whole.

This listing does not include commercial/industrial units, detention centers, assembly areas, or any other occupancy that is not described in this listing.

Structures are built to conform to CSA Standard A277, Quebec Construction Code, National Building Code, National Plumbing Code, and Canadian Electrical Code (Part 1), as applicable.
