    EMC與EMI遵守測試

    QAI電磁波適合性(EMC)測試是針對電磁波適合性(EMC)與電磁氣障礙(EMI)提供規制遵守與否的簡便測試。 委託的産品按照可適用在國內外市場的最新EMC/EMI要件進行測試。 QAI的EMC測試服務提供的是超過測試服務的。 QAI會是幫助客戶的産品能遵守規定的伙伴。QAI對於産業、科學、醫療、信息技術、通信、無線、汽車、海洋與航空電子工學的所有種類的電子産品製造, 提供有關RF放出與耐性 EMC的測試服務。

    EMC適合性檢査服務

    産品測試與適合性認證 

    RF放出事前掃描. 事前掃描在3公尺大的半電波暗室(Semi-Anechoic Chamber)進行。 在半電波暗室進行測試的話, 阻隔週邊RF信號、精確數據、可反覆的結果値以及可控制的環境條件等, 有多種優點。以硏究開發目的, 在半電波暗室進行事前掃描, 大部分的設計工程師喜歡的方式。 最終RF放射測試. 最終 3m和10m RF 放射測試在位於UBC Malcolm Knapp Research Forest의 Silver Valley Road的最新式的開闊試驗場地(OATS)進行測試。 OATS是部分遮蔽的3公尺與10公尺的地方。 中心部是有尼龍口件裝着的辛特拉塑料做成的。 半電波暗室(SAC)是ETS Lindgren公司做的, 對9 kHz到40 GHz區間的最終3m 測定在SAC實現。SAC從30 MHz到1 GHz, 充足NSA要求條件, 到18 GHz則充足CISPR Site VSWR(試驗場電壓駐波比)條件的ANSI 63.4與63.7標準。
