1. The QAI label (item 1069 – black lettering with silver background) is normally located in close proximity to the electrical panel.

2. The specification nameplate (item 1070, 8-1/2” x 7” size) is located in close proximity to the electrical panel and includes:
− Manufacturer’s Name and Address
− Date of Manufacture
− Model Serial Number or Product Code
− Factory Installed Appliances
− Site Installed Components, Assemblies, and Systems
− Electrical Systems Voltage, Frequency, and Amperage
Other Markings as required by the relevant codes.

Note: The QAI label and specification nameplate are available from QAI and must be applied at the factory.

The scope of prefabricated buildings covered by this listing include:

Structures:
Business Commercial Industrial Structures comprised of single or multiple modules complete with electrical wiring. Structures included in this listing typically include but are not limited to office space, stores, construction camp facilities such as washroom facilities, dormitories, kitchens and dining trailers, equipment buildings, and other similar commercial or industrial buildings.

Electrical Ratings:
Up to a maximum of 120/240V, 60Hz, 200A or 120/208V, 60Hz, 200A The operation of the complete fire alarm system is not included in this report and QAI certification. This report does not include structures for use in hazardous locations. This report does not include services other than the electrical nor does it include vehicular lighting or brake wiring systems.

Structure included in this Listing are manufactured at a central facility, complete with electrical wiring, for installation or connection to other modules in the field. These units, when completely assembled in the field, are equipped with normal facilities for connection to electrical services. QAI certification covers any factory installed electrical services and is intended to obviate the necessity of further inspection by the local regulatory authorities except for field service connections, any interconnections between modules, and for field installed features.
