The QAI label (item 1064, white lettering on blue background, 3-1/2” diameter) for single section homes is normally located in close proximity to the electrical panel or next to the main entrance way of the unit and includes:
− Certification label serial number
− QAI certification logo with the “C” Identifier
− “Manufactured Homes”

The specification nameplate (item 1072, 8-1/2” x 14” size) is located on the inside of a kitchen cabinet door or the master bedroom closet and includes:

Single family dwellings comprised of single module in single storey configurations.

Structural: Conventional Wood Frame Construction built on steel chassis.

Electrical Ratings: 120/240V, 60Hz, 200A Max.

Heating/Ventilation: Electric Baseboard Heaters. Modules may be equipped with central forced-air furnace and air conditioning.

Plumbing: Conventional drainage and venting systems to a maximum of 180 hydraulic fixture units.

Gas Systems: None
