All markings must be permanent and visible after installation.
1. The QAI label (item 1069 – black lettering with silver background) is normally located in close proximity to the electrical panel.

2. The specification nameplate (item 1070, 8-1/2” x 7” size) is located in close proximity to the electrical panel and includes:
− Manufacturer’s Name and Address
− Date of Manufacture
− Model Serial Number or Product Code
− Factory Installed Appliances

− Site Installed Components, Assemblies, and Systems
− Electrical Systems Voltage, Frequency, and Amperage

Other Markings as required by the relevant codes.

Note 2: The QAI label and specification nameplate are available from QAI and must be applied at the factory.

Structures:
Modular structures comprised of single and multiple sections. This listing category includes the certification of electrical service only. This listing category does not include structural design, plumbing or gas systems, nor other systems other than electrical systems.
Structures included in this listing typically include Modular Homes and Classrooms, and other similar residential and institutional buildings.

Electrical Ratings: Up to a maximum of 120/240V, 60Hz, 200A
The operation of the complete fire alarm system is not included in this report and QAI certification. This report does not include structures for use in hazardous locations. This report does not include services other than the electrical nor does it include vehicular lighting or brake wiring systems.
Modules included in this listing are manufactured at a central facility and transported to the site. These modules include provisions for on-site interconnections and connection to electrical power supply. QAI certification covers any factory installed electrical services, equipment and fixtures. QAI certification is intended to obviate the necessity of further inspection by the local regulatory authorities except for site connections to services or to other modules and for site installed features.
