Modular Homes classified under a Single Major Occupancy – Group C, Residential. Buildings are constructed in single modules in single storey configuration and have a building area not exceeding 600m2.
Modular Homes are designed and constructed as single dwelling units within the limitations of Part 9 of the Building Code. This Listing does not include multiple suite, or multiple occupancy buildings or any buildings that require fire and sound separations or shared egress facilities.
