Modular Homes classified under a Single Major Occupancy – Group C, Residential. Buildings are constructed in single modules with single storey configuration and have a building are not exceeding 600 m2.
Modular Homes are designs and constructed as single dwelling units within the limitations of Part 9 of the Building Code. This listing does not include multiple suite, or multiple occupancy buildings, or any buildings that require fire and sound separations or shared egress facilities.
