Frames are required installed with a Category G gasket fire-rated for minimum 20 minutes with wood door frames for neutral and positive pressure applications.LIMITATIONS:

Maximum Frame Depth: Equivalent to wall thickness
Minimum Frame Leg Thickness: 1’’ (25 mm)
Minimum Rabbet for Door: 1-3/4″ (-1/16”)

Installation:
• Fastened through the frame legs with #8 x 3” (76 mm) length screws, at shim locations.
• 4 shims along each jamb, 1 shim at the header.
• Hinge and latch locations each use two #12 x 3-1/2” (89 mm) screws.
• Gaps are required to be sealed with silicone sealant prior to placement of casing.
• Casing to be anchored with finishing nails at minimum 18’’ on center spacing.Notes:
