Products are marked in a permanent manner where it is readily visible after installation with the following:
1. Applicant’s name, trademark or other recognized symbol of identification.
2. Model number or designation.
3. Full electrical supply ratings (voltage in Vac or Vdc, current in mA or A, power in W, frequency in Hz, as applicable).
4. Full electrical output ratings (voltage in Vdc, current in mA or A, power in W, as applicable).
5. Month and year of manufacture. Date coding, serial number or equivalent means may be used.
6. QAI Listing Mark:
7. Models full certification and the designation “COMPONENT” directly below the QAI Listing Mark.
8. QAI Listing Number: E10494.
9. The statement “Conforms to CSA 250.13 and UL 8750”. Where limited by space on the product, the statement shall be marked on the smallest packaging immediately containing the product. -

(b) may be any in the range 100-277 Vac, max 1.7 A, 50/60 Hz, corresponding to the rating of the integral component LED driver.
