Residential buildings are designed and constructed within the limitations of Part 4, Part 5, and Part 9 of the applicable Building Code. This listing does not include multi-unit residential buildings requiring fire and sound separation or shared egress facilities, such as duplexes, row houses, townhouses, hotels and motels, and/or any buildings designed with multiple major occupancies.
