- Product model number or identification
- Date of manufacture
- QAI logo with ‘c’ and ‘us’ identifier
- QAI file Number: P344-1
- Standard: ASME A112.19.3 / CSA B45.4
- Special purpose fixtures that do no comply with certain dimensional requirements are marked with an “N” to indicate the nonstandard nature of the fixture.

Stainless Steel sinks are identified with the following model number scheme;
ZXXY-RU
Z = Type of sink, C – coved corner, R – rolled front and back only.
XX = Bowl size, measured in inches i.e.; 16” x 18”.
Y = Number of bowls.
R = Type of table, S – Sink, DT – Dish table, T – Table.
U = Overall Length, measured in inches
Example; Three compartment sink, coved corner, each sink 16” x 18”, total length 120”. Model Number: C16183-S120
Limitations:
The applicant may label products that meet the following limitations:
Z = C (coved corner) and R (rolled front and back) models
XX = Minimum bowl size 9” x 11” to maximum bowl size 36” x 30”
Y = Maximum of 3 bowls
R = Type of table, S – Sink, DT – Dish table, T – Table
U = Overall length not limited
