1. The specification nameplate (Item 1061, black lettering on white
background, 8-1/2” x 11”) is located in close proximity to the electrical
panel board and includes:
manufacturer’s name and address
model
serial number
year of manufacture
Fuel type
Complete Electrical Rating
A list of appliances that are factory installed
Ground snow load and roof design snow load
Thermal resistance of insulation and the outside design
temperature used in heat-loss calculations
The Building Codes met by the building

Structures are:
Commercial/Industrial Relocatable structures comprised of single or
multiple modules in single storey configurations. Structures are classified
under Group C, (Residential), Group D (Business & Personal Services),
and Group F, Division 3 (Low-Hazard Industrial) occupancies. Please
refer to Appendix A, Division B of the National Building Code of Canada
for a full list of structures covered under the above occupancies.
Commercial/Industrial Structures under this scope typically include office
units, equipment storage units, construction camps facilities such as
dormitories and construction camp trailers. This listing does not include
apartment buildings, hotels, motels, detention facilities, dwelling units,
multi-residential units requiring separation, and other type of buildings for
use in hazardous locations.Structural:
Conventional Wood Frame Construction within the limitations of Part 9 of
the National Building Code.
Electrical System:
120/240V, 60Hz, 100A max.
Plumbing System:
Conventional drainage and vent systems to a maximum of 240 hydraulic
fixture units.
Heating / Ventilation:
Units may be equipped with an exterior wall mounted central forced air
furnace. Heating units may be electric or LPG fired. Systems may be
equipped with air conditioning. -
Structures included in this listing are Relocatable Commercial/Industrial
Structures manufactured at a central facility, complete with electrical
wiring with optional plumbing systems, for installation or connection to
other modules in the field.
These structures, when completely assembled on site, are equipped with
normal facilities for connection to municipal water and electrical services.

installed electrical, plumbing services, or gas systems and is intended to
obviate the necessity of further inspections by the local regulatory
authorities except for site connections to services or to other modules
and for site mounting features.
