Each product is marked in an area that is readily visible after installation with the following:
a) Manufacturers name or registered trademark
b) Product model number or identification
c) Date of manufacture
d) Code identifying the plant location
e) QAI file number (P314-1)
f) Statement of conformance to the reference standards: CSA B45.5 / IAPMO Z124 and HUD 73a
g) Special purpose fixtures that do not comply with certain dimensional requirements are marked with an “N” to indicate the nonstandard nature of the fixture
h) QAI logo with ‘c’ and ‘us’ identifiers for products intended for residential use. QAI logo with ‘c’ ‘us’ and ‘rv’ identifiers for products intended for use in recreational vehicles only
