Door Hardware is to be non-combustible products, including copper or steel cable crimping and anchoring into substrates.
The above evaluated dumbwaiter assembly is for installation in shafts constructed in accordance with the applicable building code. The noted opening protection is for installation into steel stud and gypsum, or masonry fire-resistance rated assemblies. The opening is to be framed and protected to maintain compliance of the fire-rated wall assembly.
