1. The QAI label (item 1069 – black lettering with silver background) is normally located in close proximity to the electrical panel and includes:

The CSA A277 specification nameplate (item 1070, 8-1/2” x 7” size)
is normally located in close proximity to the electrical panel and includes:
a)Manufacturer’s name or trademark
b)Date of manufacture
c)Model name or project code
d)Factory installed appliances
e)Site installed components, assemblies, and systems
f)Electrical system voltage, frequency, and amperage

3.Other markings as required by the relevant code.

Note 2 The QAI labels and specification nameplate are available from QAI and must be applied at the factory.

Structures:
Modular structures comprised of single and multiple sections. This listing category includes the certification of electrical service only. This listing category does not include structural design, plumbing or gas systems, nor other systems other than electrical systems.

Electrical Ratings:
Up to a maximum of 120/240V, 60Hz, 200A

The structures for use in hazardous locations are not included in this report and QAI certification. This certification does not cover completion of sprinkler and fire alarm system. This report does not include services other than the electrical nor does it include vehicular lighting or brake wiring systems.
