Manufactured in 5-1/2” and 6-1/2” thick panels.
Product is marked with labels supplied by Modus Structures Inc. The label includes:

c) Date of manufacture
d) Address, including city and country of manufacture
e) QAI logo with ‘c’ identifier
f) QAI Listing number (B1038-2)
Labels are applied to finished products to ensure visibility on the jobsite.
