XTRIMWRAP 90 Air Barrier Wall Assembly
Framing	2-inch x 4-inch nominal framing members installed at 16-inch on center.
Sheathing	15/32-inch OSB Exposure 1 rated sheathing attached to the framing with fasteners at 6-inch on center around the perimeter and 12-inch on center in the field.
Air Barrier	XTRIMWRAP 90 housewrap installed over the exterior surface of the OSB sheathing following the manufactures installation instructions. Horizontal lap seams shall have a minimum 6-inch overlap and vertical laps shall have a minimum 6-inch overlap. All joints shall be sealed with 3-inch width Fortifber® Sheathing Tape. Nominal 1-inch x 2-inch wooden battens shall be placed along each stud and fastened to the framing at 16-inches on center. Any penetrations shall be sealed following the manufacturer’s installation instructions and using a 3-inch wide Fortifber® Sheathing Tape.
