All glazing shall be labelled with the following content applied to an area that is readily visible after installation:
1. Manufacturers name or trademark
2. Country of manufacture
3. QAI Certified Component Logo with US marking shown below
4. QAI Listing File Number (F508-1)
5. D-20 mark or note of “20 Minute without Hose Stream”
6. Applicable Standards: UL 10B, UL 10C and NFPA 252

Product is permitted for use in Insulated Glass Units (IGU) constructed with the use of a steel spacer. Each glass pane must be TEMP20 Glass of minimum 6 mm (1/4”) thickness.
