Mobile Commercial Industrial Relocatable Structure

Products are labelled and marked in a permanent manner where it is readily visible after installation with the following information:
1. The specification nameplate (item 1068, white with black, 8-1/2” x 14”) is located in close proximity to the electrical panel and includes:

 Date of Manufacture
 Model Serial Number or Product Code
 Foundation Type (Perimeter Foundation Wall or Piers)
 Floor live Load
 Specified Snow Load (1/50)

Commercial/Industrial Relocatable structures comprised of single or multiple modules in single storey configurations. Structures are classified under Group C (Residential Occupancies) with sleeping accommodation have a building area not exceeding 600m².

Commercial/Industrial Structures under this scope typically include portable dormitories and industrial workforce housing accommodations. This listing does not include office units, portable bathrooms, storage units, dinning trailers, apartment buildings, hotels, motels, detention facilities, dwelling units, multi-residential units requiring separation, and other type of buildings for use in hazardous locations.

Structural:
Conventional Wood Frame Construction within the limitations of Part 9

Electrical Ratings:
120/240V, 60Hz, 200A Max.

Heating/Ventilation:
Central Forced Air Furnaces. Units may be electric, natural gas, or propane fired. Systems may be equipped with air conditioning.

Plumbing:
Conventional drainage and venting systems up to a maximum of 240 hydraulic fixture units.

Notes: Structures included in this listing are Relocatable Commercial/Industrial Structures manufactured at a central facility, complete with electrical wiring with optional plumbing systems, for installation or connection to other modules in the field.

These structures, when completely assembled on site, are equipped withnormal facilities for connection to municipal water and electrical services. QAI certification covers the construction of the structures and any factory installed electrical, plumbing services, or gas systems and is intended to obviate the necessity of further inspections by the local regulatory
authorities except for site connections to services or to other modules and for site mounting features.
