1. Trailer Running Gear: Products are marked in a legible andpermanent manner on each axle, or on a label firmly attached to the axle, with the following information in a location where readily accessible for review after assembly:
a)The name of the company that assembled the runninggear
b)The month and year during which work on the runninggear was completed at the place of main assembly, or theserial number, in which case records shall be kept topermit determination of the month and year ofmanufacture
c)The model or type designation
d)Maximum load-carrying capacity (GAWR)
e)Static loaded radius of the tires
f)The wording “Tires, rims, and wheels shall comply withCMVTSS 109 and CMVSS 110; or CMVTSS 119 andCMVSS 120.”
g)The wording “Trailer running gear shall be equipped withtires having a static loaded radius that does not exceed bymore than 10% the static loaded radius shown in the tiremanufacturer’s published data for the actual tire tested.”
