after installation with the following:
1. The QAI label (item 1067) is normally located in close proximity to
the electrical panel and includes:
Certification Label Serial Number
QAI certification label with the ‘c’ identifier,
“Modular Homes”,
QAI Logo is shown here:2. The Specification Nameplate (item 1068, white with black, 8-1/2” x 14”) is located in close proximity to the electrical panel and includes:
Manufacturer’s Name and Address,
Date of Manufacture,
Product Serial Number or Product Code, Foundation Type,
Floor Live Load,
Specified Snow Load (1/50),
Building Envelope Effective Thermal Resistance,
Windows/Doors/Skylights Thermal Characteristics,
Outside Design Temperature (Heat Loss/Heat Gain),
Factory Installed Appliances,
Site Installed Components, Assemblies, and Systems, and
Electrical System Voltage, Frequency, and AmperageOther Markings as required by the Relevant Codes.
Note: the QAI Label and Specification Nameplate are available from
QAI and must be applied at the Factory. -
Modular homes comprised of single or multiple modules in single storey or up to a maximum of 3 storey configurations. These modular homes are classified under Group C occupancy for single dwelling units having a building area not exceeding 600m2.

120/240V, 1PH, 60Hz, 200AHeating/Ventilation:
Electric baseboard heaters or central forced air furnace. Units are electric.
Systems may be equipped with air conditioning units.Plumbing:
Conventional drainage and venting systems to a maximum of 240 hydraulic fixture units.Gas:
None.Notes: Modular Structures included in this listing are manufactured at a central facility and transported to the installation site. These modules, when completely assembled on site, are equipped with normal facilities for connection to municipal water, sewage, and electrical services. QAI certification covers the construction of the modules, and any factory installed plumbing and electrical services and is intended to obviate the necessity of further inspection by the local regulatory authorities except for site connections to services or to other modules, and for site mounting features.
Products shall be installed in accordance with the requirements of the local Authority Having Jurisdiction.
