BACKGROUND:
QAI Laboratories is a Professional Certification Body/Test Laboratory/Inspection Body located in Canada and the USA. Over the last few years, the QAI name and logo have become increasingly recognized throughout the Certification world resulting in steady growth of the Certification, Testing, and Inspection business. QAI is currently looking for an applicant to fulfill the Admin Role for USA.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will:
- Must have and maintain a professional communication at all times with internal and external clients
- Customer Service Skills. Response-focused; attentive to both internal and external customers.
- Organized and detail oriented: Outstanding record keeping; problem solving ability.
- Excellent communication: interpersonal, and organization skills.
- Computer proficiency; advanced skills in MS Office (excel, word).
- Confident Accounting software savvy QuickBooks.
- Multi-task: ability to prioritize in multi-tasking situations with extreme attention to detail.
- Quick Leaner – self- motivated, adaptable and efficient with a “CAN DO” attitude.
DUTIES:
The successful candidate will as a minimum:
- Answer phone calls
- Assist in resolving disputes
- Assist clients by answering their question and bringing any concerns to the attention of Managers
- Maintain the QAI filing system and records, ensuring files are properly organized, stored, tracked, and documented
- Data entry in QB, (Purchase Orders/Invoices/and other accounting processes).
- Shipping and receiving
- Other administrative duties as required by management
