I am writing to you today regarding QAI’s response to the COVID-19 virus.
First of all, we at QAI hope you and your family members are well, healthy, and safe from harm’s way.
Secondly, we know that you have been inundated with companies communicating their respective protocols for handling COVID-19.
However, at QAI, the service that we provide may have traditionally involved travel to your facility (inspections) and interaction with your employees during the product approval process. QAI is taking all precautions necessary to protect the well-being of our clients and employees through increased sanitation, travel restrictions and mandating employees to stay home while they are sick.
Beyond health and safety measures, with every shift in the economic landscape, we are taking steps to adapt to the needs of our clients and ensure continuity of service. We will continue to serve you during challenging times such as these by:
QAI is planning to have many of our staff work remotely to support our efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19. With that said, our availability to you will be the same as always and individual contact information will remain the same.
